| With the economicdevelopment, competition of construction industry is increasingly fierce. Compared to the past, the construction project is getting larger, and the spatial distribution is wider than ever. The management requirements of safety, quality and technology are also increasingly standardized. The difficulty of management in the project becomes bigger and bigger. To meet the needs of modern enterprise management and enhance the management level of enterprises, only relying on thetraditional management method of processing and handling information whichrequires a lot of manpower, has been difficult to adapt to the modern enterprise management, which contains a great deal of information and transfers information rapidly. Besides that, it is difficult to make the process of management accurate and efficient.As the starting point, this treatise combined the situation of the information management of the third construction company of YUNNAN with the domestic construction enterprise management informationalization construction. And then,it analyses the current status of the construction of enterprise information management. Finally it reveals the backgroundand significance of the project. Based on analyzing and comparing several popular kinds of ERP system in the market, the author ultimately choses UFIDA ERP-NC system which is suitable for the construction enterprises. And by using software engineering methods and the technology of combining pictures, the author made detailed analysis and the design of material management module construction comprehensive construction enterprise management system. The treatise is based on the analysis of management and operational status of the construction enterprise and the demand analysis of the material management of ERP-NC integrated project management system in the third construction company of YUNNAN. It also relied on material management organizational structure, role of authority resources and business process reorganization. The author summed up the functionof material management of construction enterprises and the Non functional requirements. Then this paper focuses on the core of construction enterprises, the design of the material management system business prototype and the database from the project management. And the related technology was discussed. All these works aimed at projecting management well, strengthening the construction enterprise’s intensive management and teamwork, and improving the level of enterprise management. In addition, the paper also analyzed the difficulties in constructing ERP-NC integrated project management system,and the future development of the integrated project management system were summarized and prospected. |
