With the increasing of the services provided by the modern office and the development of information goes up, it is far from being able to cope with office automation system with manual management alone. The OA system must be automated and integrated. With full use of network technology, information exchange and communication between the various departments of the advertising company, as well as the sharing of business data and statistical analysis, it make full use of the advantages of computer network to improve the efficiency of the business office, auxiliary leadership decision-making, so that their overall management level to a higher level.This system is on the basis of user needs and the specific requirements toward**advertising company, combined with the characteristics of the media industry design and development projects aimed at the implementation of the project to improve foreign public image, increase services, improve office quality, increase the degree of digitization of business, saving manpower and resources, and improve work efficiency. The system is based on the office network intranet, with Web server and browser technology to achieve information exchange across the entire network, integrated and shared, to achieve a unified man-machine interface and cross-platform database access. So you can achieve real-time monitoring of local and remote information, the sharing of data resources, to provide users with the office from the inside to the outside, from the bottom to the high-end display and applications.The system includes personal office, document management, public information, information dissemination, personnel records management, office management and system management,totally seven modules. The main function of Personal office module is to complete the day-to-day office frequently used functions for the individual employees. The main function of Document Management module is to complete the release of the document, document approval, document archiving functions. The main function fo Public information management module is to release news alerts, the introduction of rules and regulations and with reference to periodicals. main function of Personnel records management module is registered attendance, audit positive, application for Audit resignation, management employees. Message management module information liaison between staff functions such as newsletters and e-mail services. The function of the system management module includes addition and deletion employees account password management, rights management and so on.
