Research Of Management Consulting Scheme Evaluation System Based On The Bp Neural Network

Management consulting scheme is the important achievements of enterprise consulting process and the enterprise consulting value. At present the enterprise and relevant experts often relies on personal experience and subjective feeling to choose, the scientific and objective level is not high. As the emerging artificial intelligence technology, application of neural network in enterprise consulting scheme evaluation process will be able to improve the enterprise consulting scheme evaluation and realize the automation, objectification, high efficiency of enterprise consulting scheme evaluation.This paper reviewed the related literature and research at home and abroad and then established the basic ideas and principles of enterprise consulting scheme evaluation. On this basis, it used the core concepts and basic thinking of the logical frame method for analysis and got goals, environment, implementation, results, risk five logic dimensions, and spread each dimension on the indicator segmentation respectively. In order to avoid the influence of redundant indicators, this paper used correlation analysis and importance index screening method, and finally determined management consulting scheme evaluation index based on the BP neural network. On this basis, set up the BP neural network, formulate input indicators and standardized output target. Using MATLAB, it will train BP neural network with15samples by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert comprehensive evaluation.After the success of the training, this article selected1company management consulting scheme and improved in the original scheme to get three simulation scheme, then output evaluation index and evaluation level. The results showed that the scheme evaluation system has the ability to distinguish the level of quality, to simplify the original expert evaluation process and to promote scientific and objectivity of the management consulting scheme evaluation.Chapter6of the article summarized the management consulting scheme evaluation system based on the BP neural network then put forward the deficiencies of the research and the further research direction.
