In recent years, with China’s industrial production scale continuous enlargement, many large factories may be put into production, as a large factory was called "guttural thoroughfare" of raw material and fuel storage system, it has important strategic significance, and it essentially decides plant production efficiency. The traditional raw material and fuel storage system, based on artificial operation site operation box is given priority to, on site equipment operation control, and need regular staff to the whole system patrol, to discover the equipment. This kind of control system requires a lot of human, and on-site bad industrial environment, the serious influence the workers’ physical and mental health. With the enlarging of the production scale, plant raw material and fuel storage system equipment, equipment increasing the distance between the also increasing, sheet relies on workers site operation equipment, artificial site supervising equipment operation condition, already cannot satisfy inappropriate for today’s industrial production in the field of real-time and controllable requirements. In today’s society, computer, communication, network technology rapid development, and these technologies in industrial automation application mature gradually. Making the scene data from a single in the scene shows, become in the field level, control level even management level and the real-time display. Raising the automation system structure essentially reform and gradually formed a complete network into basic into automation control system, eliminating the automation island phenomenon.This thesis in tianjin binhai tianjin factory bohai chemical group of raw material and fuel storage program-controlled system as the subject of storage background, program-controlled system, studied it, of fieldbus technology, optical fiber communication technology, PLC and communicatio unit configuration technology was introduced. Combining with the industrial production requirements, and puts forward the whole system design scheme. By Siemens S7-300PLC as control core, using STEP7programming software realize the program design, real-time data acquisition on site, and according to the production process needs to site equipment accurate control. Through distributed network modes of system components, using optical fiber communication technology, can solve RACES and standing between long-distance communication problem; Using Siemens provided PROFIBUS fieldbus technology, complete within the station I/O modules communications. At the same time using Siemens company wincc configuration software, complete the PC monitoring system, make site equipment running state and process flow in controlled upper machine to real-time display, and has the acousto-optic alarm, alarm records, equipment start-stop records, and other functions. The design of the system fully utilize to computer storage computing functions, will spot the data collected and parameters trend diagram, computing, data analysis, for the following production planning provides reliable, espicialy managers can also through these production parameters and workers on record, better realize automation management mode, in order to improve the enterprise management efficiency, promoting the production development provides a strong security.
