These years, with people realize the oil tins section bale sequel, the automatic control and manage modernization develop very much. But the development can not fill the require of manufacture safety and quality.The operation of oil tins section is the intermission and much flow operation, namely one oil tin maybe has ten or more flow operation. Sometimes is single flow operation, sometimes is some parts flow combination operation, so open wrong one valve it can take place beat all accident. Besides, it is the basic require of tin section safety manufacture that avoid tin medium release outside and encounter fire to form bale accident. So these years, people all long try to exploder a kind of double control system that can effective combine manufacture manage, process control, safety supervise and accident predict to insure the safety manufacture.This article aim at the actuality of petroleunu liquefied petroleum gas tins, complete analysis the process of petroleum -, liquefied petroleum gas tins safety manufacture. By applying optical fiber sensing technology, profibus technology, network technology, communication technology, automatic control technology and safe analysis plan, establishing petroleum> liquefied petroleum gas tins manufacture and safety control system that can manufacture manage, process control, safety supervise and accident predict on "ETHERNET" network. The research work covers following several main aspects:1. gather all kind of liquefied petroleum gas tins parameter by optical fiber sensor, and carry through process configuration.2. use the Profibus technology, and set a consummate profibus network.3. fetch in flow manage mechanism, process entirely online safety analysis and safety supervise to tins section manufacture.In order to implement systematic real-time communication, we use dynamic data exchange technology to exploder the data interface of manufacture control system and safety control system.
