High-speed railway has many advantages such as huge capacity and great reliability, which makes it a primary people travel mode. Optical fiber communication technology provides high quality and capacity means for high-speed railway communication and control system. This thesis presents a comprehensive research on optical fiber communication in high-speed railway system and its applications.Firstly, some fundamental principles of SCADA in high-speed railway system and optical fiber communication technology are introduced. Then the networking design for optical fiber communication in high-speed railway system is analyzed. Some important results are proposed based on the actual Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway project. Finally, typical SCADA system design and application are presented.The design of the partial key is optical fiber communication engineering practical. In the design, combined with the electrification of the railway communication system to do the analysis for the engineering application of optical fiber. In the part of the project design, made access design of electrified railway remote control system. A part of the railway telemechanical just across the railway system, for a large system of railways, regardless of which part of it is not possible to completely synchronous system configuration. Therefore, in the design of the remote access, according to current situation of railway, is proposed for the two scheme, circuit transformation and new circuit design and characteristics of them are analyzed in detail.
