With the increasing of average life expectancy and the decline of birth rate, health of the ageing people has become the subject of the social concerns. Because there are no obvious signs before the occurrence of many kinds of disease,many olders can not get doctor’s treatment in time what may lead they illness worse even their death.So,take a long-term and continuous monitoring of olders’ physical parameters has significant meaning:first, The elderly is more willing to accept the nursing of family situation;second, To monitor and record the physical parameters has guiding effects to obvious the situation of elderly.Currently, the real-time monitoring of human health status information has become a focus of study in the field of biomedical engineering.This system use modular design ideas, the system is divided into:ARM main control model,human Physical parameters collection module,remote wireless alarming mode.Physical parameters collection of the modules can measure pulse rate,blood pressure,heart rate, breathing rate,temperature and many other physical parameters.Arm main module is in charge of interaction,make intelligent diagnosis with physical parameter information,show physical parameter data,draw electrocardiogram, control the wireless remote module to sent alarming short messages and call the alarm telephone number.At the same time,it build a physical parameters intelligent diagnosis fuzzy expert system with human health status information repository and make it as the basis of the application software programming.In the system incorporating,it choose EBD9263as ARM control model,CSN808as human Physical parameters collection module,GTM900as remote wireless alarming mode. In the software,it choose Windows CE5.0as embedded OS and complete the convention and the porting of the system.It choose EVC4.0as application software development platform and complete software program and test procedure.In the course of the study, it has carried out a large number of experiments and completed the corresponding operating system transplant and software design. The physical parameters monitoring can real time muesure eight main physical parameters of human and it can call for help though GSM network when the patient is in danger.Through testing,Physiological parameters monitoring and remote wireless alarming system achieves the desired design requirements and has high economical and practical value.
