Research And Application On Business Platform For Telecom Operators, Based On Cloud Computing Technology

Following the mini-computer and the internet technology, Cloud Computing technology is a new web-based computing technology, which is considered to be the third IT revolution. The Cloud Computing service get more and more recognition, and its advantages is reflected in reducing costs of information construction, operating and maintenance, respectively. With the development of cloud computing technology, telecom operators start a strategic transformation. We adopt the Cloud Computing technology and a bottom-up approach to construct the system. Cloud computing platform construction is no longer limited to meet the needs of the application system and bundled business, while it should be focused on the software research. The resources for construction, expansion and promotion of application system need to apply the resource pooling application. The construction model transfer to an intensive mode.This paper describes the issues relating to cloud computing service platform system deployment. We focus on the characteristics for future business platform changing from the chimney model to the horizontal network architecture. We assess the demands for deployment of new platform and integration or migration of an existing platform. We adopt the virtual storage technology to integrate the storage resources for data sharing and avoid the diversity from different devices. We adopt distributed computing and storage technology to enhance the reliability of the entire network of the system and reduce the reliability depends on the single point of hardware procurement costs. Through these interventions, we can achieve the aim for unity of the planning, deployment, maintenance and operational aspects of the business platform.The cloud outsourcing call center program reflects cloud computing technology application of telecom operators and it access the admittance of Cloud Computing technology for the access layer, platform and cloud desktop. The research plan meets the demands of the business model, the virtual machine resources, storage capacity and network management bandwidth. It can achieve the goal to get a best application for the whole program. Finally, through this research, there is great significance for the development of the telecom operators to take advantage of cloud computing technology.
