Research and development the application software s based on the supercomputer is a hot issue after the research and development of new super computer. Research on service composition technology based on Colored Petri Net(CPN) and Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA), and applies the research results of the technology in Cloud Platform for Industrial Simulation based on Super Computer(CPISSC) to serve for the users of super computer, which is a technical route of industrialization application in the field of industrial design. Firstly, the overall design scheme for CPISSC is given in this paper. In the overall design scheme, a lot of service composition technologies based on CPN and SOA is applied in CPISSC. Secondly, the author systematically studied semantic Web service composition technology based on CPN and SOA, including modeling and matching technology of service requirement ontology, description of service composition, automatic generation of service composition, and verification of service composition. Finally, the software prototype of CPISSC is realized based on the basis of foregoing theory basic research and technical support.The main research works of this paper are as follows,(1) The overall design of CPISSC is given, and the functional architecture and technical architecture of the layered system of the platform are proposed. CPISSC composes of three important parts, including front end system, middleware system, and cluster end system. The core technology of this platform is to use the service composition technology based on CPN and SOA.(2) The modeling technology, matching technology and its algorithms of service requirement ontology are discussed. According to service requirement ontology described from the requirements of users, the author gives the mapping relations and contrast analysis between the service requirement ontology and the Ontology Web language for Services(OWL-S) description, and proposes service matching decision rules for between the service requirement ontology and the Web service provided by CPISSC. A method is proposed to measure the matching degree between the service requirement ontology and the Web services provided by CPISSC, which is based on the similarity measure.(3) The description language and algorithm of service composition technology based on CPN are proposed. The author gives the definition and description method for Web service composition using formed definition, CPN, and OWL-S, proposes Colored Petri met markup language of Semantic for Web Services(CPSWS) languagebased on e Xtensible Markup Language(XML) to descript Web service and Web service composition based on CPN and SOA. The author proposes an algorithm for automatic conversion composite file in Tuscany to CPSWS file, and uses the job procedure in CPISSC as the case to verify.(4) The automatic generation and its algorith ms of service composition are studied. According to some aspects, including interface matching, pre-dependence, Qo S requirement, the author may get some dependence relations for Web services. The dependence relations are classified and defined. The author uses semantic similarity to measure the degree of service matching, and proposes the definitions for semantic threshold similarity, semantic threshold equal and Fuzzy Reasoning Colored Petri Net(FRCPN) of Web services. The paper discusses various production rules and Petri net descriptions. The author proposes an algorithm for generating the dependence relation graph for CPN Web Services based on OWL-S services, and gives the application and example analysis for the algorithm. According to the analysis in different semantic similarity threshold s, the algorithm can generate different dependence relation graphs.(5) The verification technology of service composition is discussed, and a calculation method for verification is proposed. The author focuses on the discussion of the reliability calculation method for Web service compositions using FRCPN to verify the Web service compositions. The author puts forward the definition of semantic threshold similarity for Web service s and the definition of semantic threshold equality for Web services. In order to support the reliability calculation, the author puts forward the formal definition of FRCPN, the formal definition of Web service, and the formal definition of transition. The author analyses 5 kinds of production rules in FRCPN, and the reliability calculation method of these components including transitions and Web services. The author proposes a reliability calculation method for Web service composition using FRCPN, and appl ies the method in the CPISSC prototype. This method first calculates the reliabilit y values of the transitions in FRCPN, and generates Sequential Linked List for Filling Rliability Value(SLLFRV). According to SLLFRV, the reliabilit y values of the Web services in FRCPN are in order to caculated. Then the reliability values of the end Web service as the reliability of the FRCPN is got. The method can test the activity of FRCPN, and screen these Web service compositions. Experiments show that the reliability value of the Web service composition has some regular relationships with the number of Web services and the range of the reliability values of transitions, so we need to comfort control the scale of Web services to achieve activity.(6) The software prototype of CPISSC based on CPN and SOA is realized. The author gives the effect of the prototype platform, and uses the calculation procedures as an example to explain the application of the platform, including pre-processing, solving calculation and post-processing for ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element analysis to Mars land airbag. The National Supercomputing Center in Changsha is first time to build the high performance computing platform for CAE simulation using the technologies in this paper. It is also first time to build CPISSC using service composition technology based on "Tianhe No.1" super computer.
