Design And Implementation Of Indoor Spray Test System Controlled By Computer

At present,Chinese pesticide production technolygy is leading level in the international.However,our pesticide use technolygy is behind.The low pesticide utilizition and low pesticide spray precision will influnce output of grain.It is a problem to be solved.In the process of spraying,too much spray will cause pesticide waste and envirenmental pollution,low spraying is not to the detriment of the plant diseases and insect pests.It is the critical design to improve pesticide spray precision by designing spray test system controlled by computer.This paper designs an intelligent spray test system which integrates control and detection. This system uses FX2N series PLC as CPU.The system controlling spray lance moving contains servo motor,servo amplifier and positioning module.Their types are HF-SP702B, MR-J3-700A and FX2N-1PG.The spray part adjusts the output of the air compressor pressure by propotional control valve,then lost it into liquid filling,and then controls nozzles to spray.The information acquisition module can detect pressure output value and the indoor temperature and humidity,control the error between setted output value and actual output value,and provide experiment datas.PC software integrating control,detecting and data processing uses C#development language to design.The intelligent experimental platform formed by PC control software and lower machine can control spray pressure,spray interval and sprinkler head movement speed precisely.It also can detect indoor temperature,indoor humidity,nozzle pressure and cylinder pressure at any time.This paper has introduced the hardware and software design and debugging of the system in detail.And the experiment results are analyzed.The precision indexes meet the design requirement.
