Ocean has always been a huge human treasure,and all the countries in the world are developing high and new ocean technology.The underwater positioning technology has been the key technology of the ocean development and underwater activities,because it solves many military and civilian ocean detection problems.Therefore,the high-precision underwater positioning technology is paid more and more attention,and it is also the urgent demand of ocean technology development.This paper is based on a research of underwater high precision positioning system with GPS.Firstly,combined with the current situation of the underwater target positioning development,the thesis proposes the main content and research significance in this paper.Then,the mathematical model of the positioning system and the formula is derived according to the actual equipment's structure.In the third chapter,the paper introduces the computer hardware platform of the positioning system,including the positioning data processing unit,the depth data processing unit and the time data processing unit,and at the same time,the data sending board is developed,based on the technical indicators of the task.Accordance with the above content,the PC display and control software was designed based on Visual C + + 6.0,using it to monitor and control all the equipments and implementing the management of communications between the computer and devices.The paper is designed the system menu and display modules which is based on message command functions as well.The display areas includes the positioning display area,the speed and depth display area,the equipment's working status monitoring area and the data integrated scroll area.The software in the main program part achieves the positioning decoding algorithm,the moving average algorithm,all the positioning data comprehensive treatment,and the positioning tasks.In the final test section,the paper contrasts the functions of the data sending board with the MOXA-C502 card,verifying the good performance of it.The thesis also does the test about the depth data processing unit,and achieves the error analyses of the results,and its precision meets the demand of the system.In the whole machine tests,the hardware equipments and the positioning software work in long hours,so high reliability and high stability of the system was verified.The positioning system which this article designed can be used in the AUV and other tests.
