Modern industry have become increasingly demanding for the motion control system, so electrical systems and high precision control system came into being. With the rapid development of technology, servo control system has been widely used, servo system, for the drive as an important source of industrial equipment, is proposed higher requirement, it is a consensus to research and development of high performance servo control system. Present the difference of programmable controller (PLC) and industrial l computer get smaller and smaller in servo control, it is become the main form to use programmable logic controller (PLC) and AC servo unit for industrial control system. Servo system by representing the leading product development -- servo motor and servo controller pursue of high performance, high speed, digital, intelligent, networked drive control, for meeting the application requirements of the user requests a higher. This topic is in this context to seize a development concept of high-performance, high-speed, digital, intelligent, network, to achieve high-level application requirements, and focuses on networked servo control systems.Based on introduced servo control system for status and trends at home and abroad, in this paper ,system construction program is proposed, it is discussed in detail Q Series PLC servo control system software and hardware design, system construction and network communication layer System Remote Host Monitoring System. The system using the Japanese Mitsubishi company's large medium Q series PLC, various modules and the implementation of equipment establishes hardware platform by industry-level standards; it is used of Mitsubishi Q Series high performance CPU, positioning module QD74M4, I / O module, servo amplifier, low inertia AC Servo Motor HC-KFS13, dedicated servo cable SSCNET and man machine interface A985GOT to compose of three-dimensional servo control system, which can complete the multi-axis linear interpolation and circular interpolation operation, square, round, various arts and portfolio design drawing and so on, and through man-machine interface, the system can easily control the completion ; it is used of Mitsubishi's three network control mode, the device layer to SSCNET fieldbus network, control layer for the MELSEC NET / H network, the information layer for the Ethernet , it is implemented of the network control servo system; it is used industrial configuration software MCGS to design the upper control system, through OPC technology to achieve the MELSEC NET / H network and configuration software communication based on Ethernet, to achieve the monitoring of each device layer; in this basis, it is also achieved to used MCGS Online remote monitoring functions, to further improve the system structure and function. Finally, the real demonstration experiment proves that the design of the system can complete the pre-set technical requirements to complete the interpolation calculation and other functions, the system is stable with high precision, and it is easy to operate.
