A Study Of The Building System Mode Of Private Archives Resources Of China’s Overall Archives

The resources of private archives are of great value, whether for the building of national social memory, and the bear witness to the history of civic life, or for the development of scientific and cultural undertakings. Therefore it is extremely important to construct the private archival resources. In order to standardize the development of private archival resources and make it more scientific, rational and standard, it is quite necessary and urgent for us to achieve further study of the developing system. From the point of view of source and monitoring process, this article will highlight the characteristics of resources of private archives, and construct reporting and registration system, monitoring system, solicitation System based on the exercisable and practical principles, which include the specific procedures of various systems, principle part, range of constraints etc. In terms of the relationships between each other, the three systems are complementary and interdependent. The application and registration system is the foundation on which the latter two systems are built. The supervision and control system provides security assurance throughout the whole process of construction. Moreover, the collection system serves as a supplement to the two other systems. As such, these three systems lay a solid foundation on forming a network system of private archive resources in China.
