Nowadays, the Mobile Internet develops rapidly and Near field communicationtechnology (NFC) has been gradually applied in People’s Daily life. Integrating NFCchip in the smart phone will make information exchanging, mobile payment morequickly and efficiently.Using ontology to organization data and user context information and using OWL(Web Ontology Language) to build the ontology model, thus the information and datawill have higher value, application function can be more personalization.The cinema intelligent application system designed in this thesis provides thefunction of getting information of the movie by scanning NFC tags. This applicationimplemented by establishing the ontology of the knowledge of the movie, supportingquerying and commenting movie information and personalized movie recommendationsfunction.In the first place, this thesis studied the technical background and the applicationmodel of NFC, and determined to make the application entry point is obtain the movieinformation by scanning the NFC tags, thus people can get the information of moviemore quickly.Secondly, this thesis researched the theory and construction method of the ontology,discussed the ways for reasoning and querying of the ontology, introduced the structureand the key classes of the ontology program’s development framework and using theontology modeling tools (Protégé) to OWL modeling for the cinema scene to constructthe film knowledge ontology. Finally, it identified two basic points for applicationsinformation querying and personalized recommended of the movie.Then this thesis design and implement of the entire system. The system wasdivided into three parts: application management, cinema application and server. In thisthesis, increasing the application management functions that will be convenient tosystem functional extension, adding the movie’s comment function to meet therequirements of people to share. In the design section, it introduced in detail the overallarchitecture of the system, designing of each functional module, application interface and the movie smart posters XML format and the method and process of building moviebody. In the implementation section, it introduced the implementation of the key partsfor the system in detail, including the using of Android NFC API, the realization ofscanning function of the NFC tags, parsing the data format of XML that transmitted therealization of the switching between application interfaces. Constituting the commandof the client server communication and parsing and querying the body to realization ofquery module that is the most important. Analyzing and selecting the userpersonalization factors and then ontology reasoning and recommendation algorithm torealize personalized movie recommendations function.In the end, testing the system application functions, verifying the effective use ofthe system for the NFC and using ontology can archive the service that querying movieinformation and personalized recommendation.
