Because of the information data the traditional lack of semantic technologysupport， make the keyword matching query exposed considerablelimitations． Keyword matching query query result accuracy will occur such aspoor. In order to solve this problem， people put forward the concept of ontology insemantic web． Ontology model is the integration and processing of information，the semantic ideas into information． The intelligent body framework and logicalreasoning properties to support semantic query．Intelligent query technology of domain ontology is the core problem ofsemantic network． Because the expression ability of domain ontology descriptionlogic by general rules and constraints， leading to the domain ontology cannot meetthe needs of individual query system． So the semantics researchers proposesemantic rule language． People study the rule language is to solve the problem inthe intelligent query system．The main work of this paper: Construction of the mobile phone body，analysis of the Jena in the custom rules in the query system is necessary in theprocess， and puts forward the method to construct the custom rules． Then，design the corresponding SPARQL to implement custom rules of inference relatedstandard query． Finally， through the mobile phone ontology query systemvalidated the custom rules mobile phone in the ontology reasoning querycapability．The first part of the paper introduces the basic knowledge of semantic researchwork and related concepts． To illustrate the leads to the core technology ofreasoning machine use: want to realize intelligent reasoning query， must use theinference engine and a set of inference rules． The second part focuses on theconstruction of custom rules．The so-called rule is a special algorithm according tothe thought of intelligent model of human derived， and the algorithm must rely on tools． So the mobile phone query system using Jena inference engine， Java APIinterface， SPARQL query specification and other related tools to do researchwork．...
