Finally, the paperfocuses on the management model this system based on is a “Three-level model”including colleges, schools and departments. By the division of functions between thedifferent levels, some function can be achived more easily including user management, information dissemination, work process management, paper management, subjectinformation management, assessment management, performance management, messagemanagement, statistical analysis functions, as well as the export of a variety of forms.And specific introduction was given for these functions the key code to achive them.The system was based on B/S structure mode using J2EE technology and SSHframework and choosing MySQL as the database, stalely and efficiently completes allinvolved functions and business processes which can meet users’ needs from anywhereand logged in as of a variety of roles. By using concurrency control technology, thesystem can support a certain number of simultaneous users. The system has a veryfriendly user interface that can enable users to operate more easily. By the thought ofmodular design mode, it can enhance the scalability and maintainability of the system,and bring convenience for the development and maintenance of the latter part of theexpansion.
