Design And Implementation Of The Graduation Thesis Management System Of Neijiang Normal University

In recent years,the workload of daily teaching management is increasing with the enrollment scale of the school continues to expand.The huge data processing has increased the difficulty of the work,the accuracy and efficiency of the traditional manual management mode can not meet the development requirement of the school.With the development of economy and technology,computer management system has become an important tool for modern management because of its highlights the unique practicality,efficiency and other advantages in dealing with all kinds of modern affairs.The graduation thesis is an important practical teaching link of cultivating innovative talents in university,more and more colleges have already enabled the computer to manage the graduation thesis,but some universities still use the artificial management mode,the Neijiang Normal University which the author works in is confronted with such problems.In order to strengthen the process management and improve the work efficiency of our university graduation thesis,we must develop a graduation thesis management system which is suitable for our university.This paper is based on the work flow of graduate thesis management in Neijiang Normal University:Firstly,research status analysis.Based on the analysis and summarization of the current situation of the application of graduation thesis management system in China and abroad,combined with the actual work of our university,this paper puts forward a complete and cross-platform hybrid model Management system of Neijiang Normal University with the object-oriented method.Secondly,the system requirement analysis.The feasibility analysis,function requirement analysis,performance requirement analysis and operation requirement Analysis of the system are expounded respectively,and the flowchart and use case diagram are presented.Thirdly,the specific design of the system.The first one,design the overall architecture of the system,the system is based on the B/S model three-layer system architecture.In the system development process,we use the front-end separation technology,so that the web and the Android side of the common back-end interface,the front-end of Java,JavaScript,HTML5 and other new applicable development language,back-end adoption of Java and its enterprise-class back-end development of the SSM framework portfolio,namely Spring+Spring MVC+MyBatis frame.The system uses the MySQL database as the data storage development platform,the server side uses the Linux system.Next one,design the key process,the seven key processes of the system are designed in detail through a flowchart.The third one,design functional modules,individually designed system for 4 types of users in PC client and Android client function module.The last one,design database system,the database system is designed by E-R model and database table.Then,the system interface and functionality are implemented.This sub-module on the system in the PC client and the Android client part of the interface or function is shown,the main code is described in the appendix.Finally,the system tests.This paper expounds the contents of the system test,through the analysis of the test results,we find that the development of the graduate thesis management system of Neijiang Normal University is successful and can meet the requirements of system function and system design.
