Geographical Information System,abbreviated for GIS, which is based on data. Through thirty years, the theory and technology is matured, meanwhile, the application is wild used in survey, land, environment, electric, traffic and other fields, But along with the application going deep, especially relating with some subject function, the current GIS software, for example: GeoStar, MapInfo, Arcinfo is can not support enough functions. So it is necessary to re-develop GIS and set up the subject GIS which consumer need. Thus the Station Database Manager Information System Of Oilfield is used the software of ArcGIS in Visual C#.net to re-develop the GIS.This paper summarizes the development background and status of the digital oilfield development. This paper briefly describes the major issues of the system must be solved, the system requirements and project development process. It detailed describes the system architecture and the detailed design of the core business module.It is indicated by the example that the method of design and implementation this system have excellent performance.
