Design And Implementation Of Highway Management Information System Based On JAVAEE

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the process of highwayinfrastructure construction has also been accelerated. Atpresent, China’s highway scale growth rapidly, all kinds of corresponding highway inthe traffic and road accidents are also taking place much more and more frequently. Inview of the importance of Expressway on the regional economic development, thehighway management departments need to strengthen the management ofhighways. However, the traditional means of expressway management is relativelybackward, the treatment efficiency of traffic information of massive is low which alsoaffects the reference and decision. Therefore, it is urgent for the transportation planningdepartment to introduce information technology to solve these problems through thedesign of expressway management information system.This paper first analyses the present research situation ofsystem design problems ofexpressway managementbackground and the problem of the review, and then introducesthe basic technology to the application of the design of this system and relatedtools. The design of the system is also the need to adapt to the development ofGIS, according to the provisions of the management policy of China, a lot ofinformation and data by means of information technology management and treatment ofexpressway, the expressway management standardization.Therefore, this system usesJsp technology and Struts technology to design, the structure using the B/Sthreesystem, the database using SQL Server2005. In thefunctional design ofexpressway management system,analysis at the completion of highwaymanagement system requirements, the system mainly includes the followingmodules:"system management","management of punishment","case","HighwayPatrol","Qing Zhangtroubleshooting","staff management","user management","publicmodule eight module". In thisnumerous modulemanagement, punishment cases, highway patrol, thewrecker troubleshooting in the system is the main function module.In highway management system function analysis, this paper analyzes thebasic process, key code of each module and the basic interface. Finally, after thesystemfunctional testing, the effect is good to achieve the goals of the design, the design of the system can improve the efficiency of expressway management, enhancethehighway operation and economic benefit and social benefit.
