As technology advances, large format scanner, which is animportant branch of scanner， begins to play an integral role in more and more areas.As one of important part of large format scanner, optoelectronic data acquisitionsystem has great relation with the scanning speed, image quality and other key quality.With the expansion of large format scanner applications, the study of optoelectronicdata acquisition system is particularly important.Based on understanding large format scanner’s development history, researchstatus and development trend, in-depth understanding of CCD’s working principle,proposed the overall design of the large format scanner optoelectronic data acquisitionsystem, included hardware circuit design, software design, PCB design and dataprocessing module design, etc.Hardware circuit design includes CCD、A/D converter driver circuit design, CCDanalog output amplifier circuit design, data cache circuit design, data transmissioncircuit design, control system circuit design and system power supply design, etc.Software design includes CCD、A/D converter drive timing design, the registerconfiguration timing ofA/D converter design, etc.PCB design includes schematic and PCB design of data acquisition board,acquisition system control board and system power supply board.Data processing module design includes the analog to digital conversion of thefront data output, data sampling design, data transmission design and the processingmethod design of color image’s three color separation.The most important contribution is to solve the color disorder problem of the colorCCD image by processing multi-line color CCD’s three channels output dataseparately based on hardware. The method, applied on CCD large format scanner,saves valuable time of data processing, and the output image is good effect.
