With the further deepening of the digitization in the modern industrial production,high-precision mass data acquisition system plays a key role. Traditional low-precisionlow speed scan due to the sampling rate of the original data is not enough, easy to causedeformation of the images collected, collection and processing speed is slow, and hasbeen unable to meet the development needs of the industry. The raw data collected fineand fast as a digital processing front-end, the trends are also evident for high-resolutionand high-speed image acquisition have emerged.Means of large format scanners use the the CCD line high-resolution high-speedscanning technology has become the trend of the times. With the rapid development ofof foreign industrial automation technology, many foreign companies have followed suitand developed a system to meet the specific needs of the LFS (large format scanner)and occupy a large market share was the monopoly of the state, and a late start due todomestic LFS system, many types of the LFS equipment completely dependent onimports. Therefore, large-format optical scanner system with independent intellectualproperty rights has a very important significance.In this dissertation, the key technology and its technical difficulties involved in theLFS system, detailed hardware and software structure analysis of massive image dataapplicable for large-format optical scanner parallel acquisition method and colorcorrection algorithm to moregood to meet the needs of practical application. The maincontent includes:(1) The large-format optical scanner acquisition system hardware module design, nostrobe LED optical system with DALSA’s high-speed capture card and a high-resolutionCCD sensor acquisition and conversion of brightness information of the original imageinformation;(2) Parallel acquisition systems with multicore processors working in parallel way, witha self-built chain store model of memory management, and dynamic synchronizationmanagement multithreaded acquisition of image data, enhance the stability of thesystem as a whole, the collection efficiency is improved; (3) The application of color space theory from the images produced by the process ofanalysis, color correction algorithm suitable for large-format optical scanner, which canbe completed in a short time color space conversion and color reproduction, imageoutput effect of the entire acquisition system to optimize;(4) From the analysis of computer vision principles and complete the SIFT feature pointextraction algorithm, multiple images of high-precision splicing requirements are met,the usage of SIFT algorithm in LFS system has not been reported in our country.
