Hardware Circuit System Design And Implementation Of Large Format CCD Photoelectric Scanner

With the development and advancement of technology, different types of specialized scanning equipment is required in many industries, especially the specialized fields which need to save the large-format drawings and cloth, such as mapping, city traffic planning, textile industry, museums, engineering drawing, etc. Some archives department of companies has started to purchase corresponding software and hardware equipment for the preparation of archives information in the future. The equipment is used to digitize some large-format archives collections or construction drawings and provide a service to the production and development of the industries.Large format optical scanner based on CCD is high precision optical equipment, which relates to optical, mechanical fields, circuits, software, algorithms and so on. To develop large format scanner is quite difficult, and most technology of large format scanner has been monopolized abroad. Thus breaking the monopoly will help improve the competitiveness of products and fill the gaps of the research in China.Firstly the application background, the market prospects about the large format optical scanner and the significance of the hardware system in this project is introduced simply in the thesis. Secondly, the system frame and performance of the large format scanner is described in detail. Then the main function modules of the large-format optical scanner based CCD is designed in detail. These main modules include: LED strip light, linear CCD cameras, optical sensing and motion control systems, the systems of image data storage and transmission, design principles, and design programs. Then the modules above were detailed design based on selection of key chip through the design program, circuit design, optical design, logic design and etc. Finally, the main hardware modules were actually and systematic tested. The test results showed that the performance of the system has reached the design requirements.The engineering prototype of large-format optical scanner based on CCD has been firstly designed at that time, which filled the gaps of the field in China. Mastering the key technology of large format scanner is benefit to breaking the foreign monopoly, enhancing the competitiveness of products and reducing the cost of the products.
