Currently, with the rapid development in information technology, based on "Chinese e-government project ", governments at all levels in our country, are all in theconstruction of information network and office automation business transformation, toachieve internal government, government and government information betweennetwork interconnection, sharing of resources, to optimize the organization and businessprocess of government based on strengthening government information securitymanagement; to ensure to provide information services to the broad masses of peopleand response to the aspirations of the masses, for economic and social harmony,stability and development.As the department of Zhejiang Provincial CPC Committee, based on the businessneeds, Zhejiang Provincial Committee Party History Research develop the" ZhejiangProvincial Committee Party History Research of e-government system".This paper first describes the e-government development at home and abroad,discusses the background of the project and the value of application; explains thebusiness demand, the collaborative office system structure and main module design;describes the data table design and entity relationship; this paper also discusses theapplication as supporting software system workflow engine and message engine in theprocess of design and information transmission to remind. The article also gives theapplication logic. The function and performance of system is a standard test. The testprocess, test environment, test cases are briefly introduced in this paper, in order toverify the system for demand response.AT last, this paper sums up the process of system design and development,analyses the norms of software engineering to develop quality control assurance, putsforward the existing problems and future development direction.In the development of this project, I am responsible for system demonstrationprogram, the main module of the system analysis and design, performance analysis and test verification, focusing on the research and design of send and receive text process.After more than a year of design and debugging, and in the upper test and long-term use,the whole project development has been identified by experts, obtained favorable result,reached design requirements and the desired effect.
