Such as in the field of finance, financial information is each department have the dynamic information, while in the high-level unit has achieved financial calendar information, but in some level lower unit, and other fields is still in the manual processing stages, such as street still needs further development and promotion.The Current financial process in Anshan streets is still in the stage of manual. Most business processes need paper documents circulated and the examination and approval, has a great challenge for the financial management. In Anshan streets a lot of tax information flow produced every day, many involves the flow of funds or financial related data. With the continuous development of Anshan streets in recent years, more and more financial management work, the paper document is the accumulation of unceasingly, in the long run, wouldn't have been possible for the previous information search. So the use of information management for Anshan streets financial information management is very necessary.Based on the comprehensive survey of the current situation of Anshan streets financial management and requirements, we design and implement an Anshan street financial information management system. This paper firstly introduced application of information management system at home and abroad and found some advantages and disadvantages, and also some key technologies. The paper analyses the system's functional requirements and performance requirements. The system is divided into seven modules, in the design and implementation of the seven modules respectively introduces the detailed design and implementation details. Finally, after the implementation of Anshan streets financial information management system was tested.
