This makes the burden of scientific management， but alsobetween researchers and the lack of timely and effective communication links， makingit difficult to meet the university research and development of information technologyrequirements.This design and build an interactive scientific research management informationsystem，combined with the C/S and B/S mixed mode，both the good maneuverability，safety and transport efficiency， easy to maintain and expand the benefits， but also viae-mail SMS messages sent automatically based on event triggers， enabling users to login the case without timely access to important information and notification， the systemmanagement functions in an extension of time and space， but also the systems ofinteractive management attempt.
