T Design And Implementation Of The E-government System In The Statistics Bureau

Currently, informationism is an important trend of the economic and socialdevelopment; e-government is the focus of national information construction, and thee-government system can realize efficient management and service.The construction ofe-government system has become important projects which transform the relationshipsbetween the public and the government, and increase the government managementefficiency.Firstly, several basic concepts of e-government system are discussed, thedevelopment of e-government system are introduced at home and abroad. Secondly，the importance of the statistical work is illustrated, so constructing e-government of thestatistical bureau are urgent. Lastly, the B/S, C/S, database technology and.nettechnology are introduced briefly which are needed in the system development. Thenetwork information system security, password and electronic seal safety technologyare introduced in this thesis, according to the existing safety problems in e-governmentsystem; a multi-signature encryption based on XML is realized in the system design anddevelopment.In the next section, detailed requirements analysis of e-government system arefinished, including the system construction planning, system data requirements, thehardware and software requirements, and functions and safety requirements, and theconstruction scheme of system are proposed. Based on the requirements analysis, asimple and safe e-government system of the statistical bureau are designed, the systemdesign principle and design goal are proposed, the whole system structure and softwarearchitecture are given, at the same time, the database are designed, and the modules ofthe online direct report system and internal business processing system are specificallydesigned. Finally, the working modules are implemented and tested. This system cangreatly improve the working efficiency for the statistical bureau, reduce the burden ofthe enterprise and the statistics personnel, provide information to leadership decision,guarantee scientific of information service for the public in time.
