With the development of Internet technology, the interaction of information fasterand more convenient and all-round changes in our work and life. The concept ofe-government has proposed for a long time,and intergovernmental working moretowards on-line paperless office. It is appropriate for low carbon living, but alsoimprove the efficiency of government work. Government information resources as thesecurity and confidentiality, network security of e-government is important.Government information is lost or stolen to be illegal would give rise to seriousconsequences. Therefore, the security needs of e-government system, we have enoughattention.Public key system based on PKI technology applications for the network toprovide identity authentication, digital signature authentication, digital encryption andtransmission security. CA PKI Certification is an important part of the system.Completed the foundation of PKI functionality. This paper studies the security needs ofe-government networks and applications, through an existing government system safetyanalysis, citing the possible security threats. Study and solve the e-government faced amajor information security problems. CA safety certification through the systematicanalysis shows that the digital signature algorithm of the comparative study of severalmajor, government system was designed for the use of CA authentication system.Focused on the CA issued the certificate authentication center, certificate check,certificate verification mechanism and the security of e-government technology-relatedissues.
