| In recent years,China's e-government construction developed rapidly. However, the major domestic information security incidents occur frequently, and as the government management of e-government,it faces more severe challenges. How to protect data security while sharing information is a huge challenge,so it is practical to design a scheme for security exchange of e-government data.In this paper, based on the unique signature conversion function of the proxy re-signature scheme, three security-switching schemes of e-government data based on proxy re-signature are proposed for addressing the existing problems of internal and external network users' data exchange and security risks.(1)In order to solve the real-time and dynamic flow signature conversion problem in e-government,a double trap function is proposed based on discrete logarithm, and it is proved that the function has the characteristics of anti-collision and no key leakage, then, based on the double trapdoor hash function, designed to proxy re-signature scheme, which can be used for e-government exchange of data security,in the absence of the random oracle model,it is proved that the scheme is safe. The new scheme is authenticated at the source of the stream to ensure the credibility of the source, and the subsequent stream block can be verified as soon as possible, which improves the real-time performance of e-government flow signature conversion process. The results shows that the scheme is more efficient e-government exchange of data streams, smaller storage space required for computing devices weaker.(2)The development of quantum computer makes the problem of large integer decomposition and discrete logarithmic problem,so the proxy re-signature scheme based on large integer decomposition and discrete logarithm is very vulnerable to attack in e-government data exchange. For the above questions,we propose an identity proxy re-signature scheme from lattices which can resist quantum attack and prove the security of the problem by using the small integer solution problem on the lattice in this paper. The results show that the scheme is multi-use and bidirectional.(3)Based on the traditional public key cryptosystem and identity-based cryptosystem, there are problems such as certificate management and key escrow. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing proxy re-signature schemes such as strong security assumption and high computation cost,a certificateless proxy re-signature scheme with aggregation property is proposed by combining certificateless public key system andproxy re-signature cryptosystem. The proposed scheme can aggregate an arbitrary-sized set of signatures or resignature into a single group element, and effectively reduces communication overhead and computation cost.Based on multi-linear computational Diffie-Hellman difficult problem, this scheme is proved to satisfy existential unforgeability against adaptive chosen massage attack in the standard modle. |
