This paper designed a management system specially for middle-size or muchmore litter hotel like YuSu holiday inn. This system is functional, simple, and hasadditional function to purchase goods. The system adopts C/S structure, Visual Studio2005and SQL Server2005. Those suitable tools make beginners understand easily andnot difficult. The system is low cost, high benefit, can satisfy the users’ demand indesignation, test, and maintain. The diamond analysis contains a great many functionswhat provide large help for later designation. I utilize C/S structure designed functionmodule and its structure basic on diamond analysis. The system creates the needingtables by using structured query language and sorting data. In the late operation and test,I found some error and defect what has been corrected. The system safety, economyapplicable operates well, also can improve management efficiency and hotel profit.
