High-grade customers as an importantpart of revenue, should cause us concern about their perceived. User perception(QoE) will be the focus of future network quality assessment.The limitations of The traditional network evaluation and the future of the userperceived attention, all these require network operators to establish a set of customeroriented quality network operation evaluation appraisal system, can be based on user,based on the time domain, based on the network evaluation of multi-dimensionalregion were operated on the network platform.The paper introduces a kind of evaluation algorithm based on user perception(QoE)of network quality, OMC traffic statistics data, warning letter, signaling datacollection, user complaints, the road test data integration of network qualityassessment.First of all,introduces detailed the main idea of network ecaluation systembased on user perceptions.
