Now, a lot of television, radio, newspapers and other media have established mediaasset management systems, in order to achieve digital storage media content assets andto take overall connection to production network, broadcast network and to achieveeffective sharing of material and programs and to achieve the new media assetmanagement system including the integration of program production process. Usemedia asset management system to achieve repeated re-use assets existing materialprogram and to allow reporters and editors, material and program director in theprogram production process to directly access the shared resources. It will greatlyimprove the production efficiency of the program, and open up a new economic growthpoint.The system takes myself long-term media resources management experience ofBenxi television as a starting point, combined with other TV media units mediaresources management status and detailed market research and needs analysis, using thetheory of knowledge and programming technology learned in university to design andimplement a television media resources and business management systems, using TVmedia production processes for the collection of media resources, memory editing, theresource retrieval as well as the release of resources. The system uses standard softwaredevelopment process for system design and development, including systemrequirements analysis, system design, database design, system function design andsystem test.In this thesis, uses JSP dynamic Web technology to design and implement systemand uses SQLServer2005as database development platform and JDBC technology tomake connection and operation of the database. Use JSP, Java Bean, Servlet to designsystem base on B/S development model. Use My Eclipse as development tool, JDK1.6as Java Runtime Environment and media player as video preview player, while usingAjax dynamic display technology to design effect of processing of the page. Mainlyincludes html web technology, CSS Div page layout, and JavaScript dynamic scriptinglanguages and other related technologies. After the system testing and analysis, system function and performance has met theneeds of users and achieved the desired development goals and can be put into use.
