The Research For Telecom Resource Management System Of Beijing Electricity Company

Communication resources management is significant to improve the self-manage capability and the enterprise competitiveness for electric power corporations. This paper analyses the status of communication resource management of Beijing electric power corporation, and discusses the necessity of constructing the communication resource management system. Meanwhile, this paper gives the categories and data modeling for Beijing electric power corporation communication resources, defines the naming norms according to the demand of production and management work, researches the key technology of dynamic resources management, describes the system structure and interface programs, and lays the foundation of the communication resources management. This research topic helps to revolve the problem of the lagging of electric power communication resources management work, and has some reference values of constructing communication resources management system for other enterprises.
