As the power companies have the characteristic of large-scale、wide range ofdistributed users、the user types complex, the power company market system iscomplex, and need to solve the coordination issues of the whole enterprise content andbusiness content. The workflow technology is used to solve the coordination problemby calling for rational human and information resources to achieve coordinationbetween the various business activities, so that all business activities to achieve a certaindegree of automation.This thesis describes the workflow technology and power corporate marketing, andbuild technology-based workflow management system for electric power system andcorporate marketing major components, designed and implemented a workflow-basedelectric power enterprise marketing management system, combing the marketing ofdemand-side management, business expansion and other business processes, gives themodel and database to store workflow definitions, workflow engine designed to providea process execution environment required to effectively address the information is notsmooth and so on, to solve the diversification of different business processes.In this thesis, the status of the power marketing business enterprises, combinedwith the basic idea of workflow technology for electric power business enterprisemarketing management system of the actual situation, the use of process-orientedmanagement thinking, analysis of demand-side management, business expansion andother needs of different functions, and in accordance with different functionalrequirements, design and implement technology-based workflow management systemfor enterprise marketing power. The main content of this thesis are:(1)The marketing of electric power companies to achieve business processimprovement and transformation; improve power and external processes within theenterprise,optimizing the rational use of resources.(2)Workflow technology into all of the power marketing business processes,unified data management and efficient to enable enterprises to focus on its core business,by making full use of their existing information resources and human resources to achieve an increase in profits.(3)Solve the "information silos" problem, the power companies to enhanceeconomic and social benefits.(4)Based on workflow technology to build the power of enterprise marketingmanagement system will integrate all their business, to avoid information silos withinthe enterprise, the enterprise’s internal data and information in a safe and reliableplatform for unified communication, the power of corporate resources to achievecentralized management, thereby improving the overall efficiency of power companies.
