| According to incomplete statistics, in China, there are more than200pairs of coalmining working face with the airflow temperature up over30℃, which is much higherthan the provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", and has the direct effects onthe safety production of coal mining.Experts believe that the future mining depth will depend on the development of theair-conditioning and the equipment of the coal mining. For the comparative analysis onmine refrigeration mode’s performance, high-temperature Coal Mining VentilationAir-Conditioning System design was carried on and put into practice in No.6Coal Mineof Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. With on-site application, it has achieved not only directeconomic benefits but also obviously social benefits, it has considerable applicationprospects. As the main part of mine environmental temperature and humidity regulation,the Coal Mining Ventilation Air-Conditioning System is widely distributed inPingdingshan Coal Mine, and it means a lot to the usage of the remote monitoring andfault diagnosis. Not only provide the necessary conditions to ensure the workers’physical health, but it also helps to achieve the safe and efficient operation of thesystem.In this thesis, it combines the theoretical analysis and experimental researchmethod to discuss the remote monitoring of the Coal Mining VentilationAir-Conditioning System, and the research has great significance in engineering andeconomic value.1.Firstly, on the basis of a brief analysis of mine ventilation air-conditioningsystem, the thesis summarizes in detail the type of faults and causes, and build a dataacquisition system of mine ventilation air-conditioning system with the existinglaboratory equipment.2.Secondly, the design includes the hardware and software systems of parametermonitoring, system control, fault diagnosis and remote communication function module.The Communication module is connected to the host computer (industrial controlcomputer) in accordance with the next-bit machine (PLC) and the Modbus protocol serial sever.3.Finally, the fault diagnosis module takes full advantage of the PLC information,putting the expert knowledge into the diagnostic process; it improves the intelligentdegree of the diagnostic module on the basis of the real-time monitoring and onlinediagnosis.In this thesis, the designed system has a parameter monitoring, system control,fault diagnosis functions, and the human-computer interaction could be achievedtouching screen and IPC, and meet the underground condition monitoring and faultdiagnosis requirements of ventilation and air-conditioning system. |
