So we must to develop financialmanagement system of KX company.The research project is based on needs of the the KX company financialmanagement systems, object-oriented UML and other modern technology. According tothe actual needs, develop the perfect set of features to meet the reliability and securityrequirements systems. First, gathering requirements,the KX’s leadership, the financialsector and the interface department have given strong support for this.Then clearifyingrequirements and business processes, using UML technology to refine the requirements,functionality, security, performance and other aspects of system were summarized.Using scientific software engineering methodologies, according to collected needs ofsystem architecture, design various functional modules and data model. Finally, realize the system.The main line of this system is KX company’s core business processes,based onthe entire information system.It relized these modules including registered accountspayable,invoice processing, loan write-offs, prepayments management, dealmanagement and maintenance of basic data.
