With the widely used and development of information technology, especially the Internet, new challenges has been brought for financial management. Financial management is an important business and complex work, a large amount of data has become an important problem of corporate financial management. Lots of problems are presented in corporate financial management, not only affect the efficiency of enterprises, but has no means of coordinating arrangement of corporate financial and control budgets, how to design and implement a suitable corporate financial management system in accordance with the actual needs is a current problem need to be solved.Paper carried out the following research and design through the investigation of financial management analysis. For the problems of manual processing of account books and low efficiency, paper integrate computer technology and financial management, which enables users to enjoy the whole process of service, monitor and control the financial management. Secondly, according to the actual business processes and functional requirements determine the system consists of five modules,including: Document management, treasury management, the books management,report management and system management, the entire process of strictimplementation of financial management regulations of China’s development relevant regulations, to achieve the cash flow in real time, dynamic, comprehensive monitoring.Using SSH framework to increasing the program portability across different databases and to provide convenient programmers and provides the underlying support for rapid application development.Paper designs and implements financial management system which covers basic services in financial management, the existing problems financial management of the enterprise has been solved, it maintain the normal order of market economy, reduce business costs, improve the quality of management, in a word, it has a high use value.
