As a kind of low cost, high flexible and stable node of lOT (internet of things),RFID tags with temperature sensing function become hot in the researches of lOTtechnology, and show important science significance and application value. The rapidexpansion of lOT technology and industry demands the network sensing nodes to belower-cost, lower-power, smaller, longer lived, more precise, intelligent in wider rangeand more flexible in information acquisition and processing.This paper is about the design of intergration tag chip with temperature sensing andidentification functions, the content of this paper will be elaborated in two aspects.In one hand, this paper devotes to the improvation of conventional passive UHFRFID tag. A dual differential RF front end is ultilzed to improve the orientationsensitivity of tags; this paper will analyze the factors that have impact on the eiffciencyof rectifier, establish a model of the maximation of rectifying eiffciency and raisemethods to increase efficiency, then propose a design of differential rectifier based onthe structure of crossing bridge rectifier circuit; the paper will alse analyze therelationship between oscillator frequency and power voltage, temperature, processvariation, and propose a PVT compensated clock generation circuit.In another hand, this paper researches the temperature sensor that can be integratedin a tag chip. Impact of temperature on device parameters will be researched to achievea high precise, low-power and low-cost temperature information acquisition front endcircuit; researches on the low power comparator, offset voltage elimation mechanismand sectionalized DAC circuit will be made to design a low-power, small chip area andhigh precision successive approximation ADC; this paper will also discuss the interfaceof temperature sensor and RFID tag chip, temperature calibration technology of sensors,and the cooperative work mechanism between RFID and temperature sensing, whichresult in the realization of the intergration tag chip.
