With the development of power electronic technology,more and more power equipments ar e used in human production and life.However,due to its nonlinear characteristics makes a lot of harmonics and reactive power into the grid,cause the network side of the power electronics recti fier equipment current deformed seriously,cannot meet the high demand of modern electric pow er equipment for power quality.Three-phase VIENNA rectifier topology,this paper in-depth stud y,VIENNA rectifier is a kind of superior performance of three-level PFC topologies,the rectifier has less switching devices and advantages of the switch tube voltage under stress.Based on the a bove mentioned advantages,the VIENNA rectifier is deeply concerned by researchers at home a nd abroad.Therefore,this paper is mainly discussed in the following aspects.This paper introduces the research status of three-phase PWM rectifier topology and its cont rol strategy,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various topologies.Then the work ing principle of the VIENNA converter topology is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the VIENNA rectifier is studied in the three-phase ABC coordinate system.According to the matrix equation,the control system of the three-phase VIENNA rectifier is designed,and the m file is pr epared by Matlab software to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.Secondly,the single cycle Control(One-Cycle-Control,OCC)under the Control of the basic theory and the single cycle principle of APFC circuit technology,detailed analysis of the three-phase independent work mode order cycle Control process in this paper;Analyzed due to the harmonic oscillation problems of common peak current mode,to study the use of slope compensation control effect;Analysis of the stability of the slope compensation control is deduced the scope of work,provide the theoretical basis for adjusting the control parameters;At the same time,the equilibrium problem of neutral point potential in single-cycle control is studied,and the method of zero sequence component is proposed for the problem of three times frequency perturbation of the midpoint potential,and the related simulation verification is completed.Again,the paper analyses the system hardware modules,including minimum system,over current protection circuit,line voltage,input current,dc bus voltage sampling circuit,PWM drive circuit and charging circuit,analyzes the working principle and structures,regulate circuit simulation model,the simulation verify the rationality of the components parameters.The writing of the software system including the use of C language program,mainly is the main control system software process,including the definition of function,the variable declaration and so on,AD sampling design program,communication program design,system startup control program,the voltage current strike protection program,and so on,analysis software flow chart of control system and software testing.Finally,in the complete set up on the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation verification hardware debugging platform;Using Microsoft visual studio 2010 PC monitoring software development platform;Through experiment this paper proposed the design scheme of the validity and feasibility.
