The real estate is undergoing its standardization and normalization. In this process,the working efficiency of real estate entmanagement informaiton systemrise could begreatly decreased because of its complicated operation flow and the mass seismic dataor information. It provides a good way that developing Management InformaitonSystem (MIS) can solve the problem to enhance the working efficiency by data sharingand multi-department cooperating. In this thesis, we develop a B/S architecture MISsystem based.NET technology for Shandong Yinzuo Shopping Mall Co., Ltd. withguide software engineering.According to the development requirement of software engineering, we conductrequirement analysis, detailed design, implementation and test for the MIS. Therequirement analysis of the MIS is carried out in the two ways: functional requirementand nonfunctional requirement. In functional requirement, we model the system anddivide it into five modules, by which we design the functional architecture for the MIS.Based on this, we analyze the operation flow of MIS and design use case for eachmodule. In the nonfunctional requirement, we analyze the stability, data processingability and responsibility required by the MIS. We carry out the preliminary design forthe MIS, and design operation flow for each functional module designed in requirementanalysis. With these, we conduct detailed design for the MIS, in which we design thedatabase, including conceptual design and physical design, especially take muchattention on the data type and data size. We implement the design, in which we take theexample of user logging in sub-module to illustrate the implementation of systemcontrol module, and take the example of marketing planning administration sub-moduleto illustrate the implementation of planning and preparation module, and take theexample of setting up a new sale opportunity sub-module to illustrate theimplementation of marketing administration module, and take the example of creating areport form of budget accomplishment sub-module to illustrate the implementation ofoperation and control module, and finally we take the example of custom inquirysub-module to illustrate the implementation of custom service module. The code is debugged and run smoothly and we can get the desired results as we design.Ssoftware test was conduct on the MIS, and the results show that the developmentcan meet the design requirement.134testpoints were tested, and118testpoints arequalified. Therefore, the MIS can be regards as qualified.
