With the rapid economic development, China as a big country of oil consumption, gas business must be very frequent business. In order to achieve faster and better gas service, prompted the self-service terminal production. Self-service terminal production for the life of the people has brought great convenience. It not only greatly increase the business hours, but also save human resource, on the basis of improving efficiency and service quality of service. As the terminal equipment size and complexity increasing, how to monitor and management of these equipments is a huge challenge. In order to realize the true24hours of normal operation of the equipment, and the stable work, there is an urgent need to conduct real-time monitoring management of equipment of a complete software system. This article describes the development background, the related technologies. A detailed description of the monitoring system needs, use case diagram to explain the demand. In the analysis of the demand of reasonable, detailed design of system, and the flow chart of the direct expression of functional business system. Using the database entity relationship diagram of unified modeling language in detail the system entity relation and logical structure. Another use of the theory and method of testing, monitoring system, analyzes the function test and test results. The system uses Java language, Oracle database, with the MyEclipse platform, complete all the functions of the monitoring system. The system includes seven modules:system login, user management, system management, examination management, equipment monitoring, query statistics, log management. All the modules of system integrity, supporting the function of the whole system, are indispensable.
