Research On Insight Of CCTV Program

Insight is a weekly program of CCTV Chanel1which established in2010.This program focus on people in the news by the way of interviewing and investigation. The purpose shows the personal stories of survival and life.This paper is not limited to single prospective. It focus solely on the targeted program, on which it will make a comprehensive analysis by adopting content analysis and text analysis as the major research methods.The first chapter makes a brief review of the program’s history which also analyzes its major elements--the hosts, news figures and news events. The second chapter sums up the program’s significance in the academic field of communication by analyzing its elements of TV show. The third chapter explains its special features by respectively discussing its narrative structure and narrative skills by adopting related narratology theories. The fourth chapter analyzes the program’s humanitarianism whose purpose is to make the practice of news propagation of our country become full of humanitarianism.In order to highlight the topics, the author can not make a specific and deep analysis to all the aspects of the whole program. Such as the study of language features is specific while the study of picture features is rough. The main purpose of the thesis structure is to extrude the main idea of the paper, which also could improve the academic meanings.
