At present, most communication network equipments are supplied by48V switching powersupply system. Switching power supply system compared with phase-controlled rectifier, with highefficiency, high reliability and high accuracy, small size, light weight and convenient, with intelligentmanagement features when the advantage to grow replacement. Based on this background, we analyzethe type of switching power and how it works; We research the principle of monitoring module andconfirm the parameters which switching power supply need to monitor; According to the specificationrequirements and the normal power needs, we design the rectifier module of switching power systemand the control circuit of the rectifier module; Based on SCM8031, we analyze the need of collecteddata,and design the monitoring module of switching power supply; According to the energy savingfeature which Most manufacturers use in the switching power supply, we optimize the feature tomake the the module sleep and rest by turns, etc. This study was completed to48V DC switchingpower supply output voltage, output current, DC module based information such as number ofmonitoring; display output functionality, Visual monitoring of the monitoring information; basicinformation obtained through surveillance, hibernation with a logic circuit module the moduleefficiency at80%.
