Auxiliary power is a significant part of the power electronic equipment. Its reliability affects the performance of the overall system. The switching mode power supply has got a wide range of applications for the advantages of small size and high efficiency. This topic based on the IPM and its control system for multiple auxiliary driving power supply as the research object, designed with multiple output, optical coupling isolate feedback auxiliary power supply and high power density. It has a strong engineering practical significance, and conforms to the trend of miniaturization and high frequency.In this paper, the design of the flyback switching power supply is based on the UC3845 and used PC817 and TL431 to realize the light coupling electrical isolation. This power supply can provide 10 output voltages. This paper has completed the following works:Firstly, this paper studied the main topology structure of the DC/DC switching power supply. Combined with the requirements of the project, two kinds of working mode have been analyzed emphatically. The AC small signal dynamic model of DCM has been given in this paper to understand the working process more in-depth.Secondly, analyzed the working principle of the high-frequency transformer and gave its design process in detail. Form two aspects as the leakage inductance and distributed capacitance to make it simple and optimization. All parts of this power supply have been analyzed in detail. And also has completed the main circuit design and component parameter selection including self starting circuit, current sampling circuit, voltage feedback circuit, RCD buffer circuit and so on.Finally, used PSIM to build the simulation model of the system to complete the closed-loop simulation and got the relevant simulation waveforms. The PCB board of the power supply has been designed in Altium Designer10. And also has completed the welding and debugging work and got the related experimental waveforms. The experimental results are in complete accord with the simulation, verified the power supply is working properly and in good dynamic performance.
