With the continuous development of science and technology,the emergence of the advanced electronic equipment and electric vehicles,switching power supply began to have higher requirements.Now switching power supply not only have a better performance,but also to meet the user digital,intelligent demand,with features of remote fault diagnosis,remote processing and direct monitoring.Combined with embedded technology and switching power supplies,prompting the switching power supply miniaturization,digitization and intelligent shift.By chapter,firstly,introduced the background and significance of the topic,research status and development trend of switching power supply,change complex design of the control circuit,turn to procedures to deal with various signals collected,and by calculating to control the switch-off,which reflecting the flexibility and adaptability to a wide range of digital switching power supply.Than,introduces the harmful of harmonic,describes several common topology for power factor correction circuit and DC-DC converter,by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses,and ultimately determine the topology of power factor correction and the main circuit.Next is designed each component parameters of power factor correction circuit,after determining the parameters,using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation experiments to verify the feasibility of the circuit,to pave the way to build the final hardware.Followed,designing the parameters of DC-DC converter,which includes the designing of the important high-frequency transformer,and than do circuit simulation analysis too.Than,designing software of digital switching power supply.To introduce the CodeWarrior 8.3 IDE and the system of PE,introduced in detail of the power factor correction system and phase-shifted full-bridge converter system based by DSP,the applications of digital signal processor chip,which replaced general single-chip controller,to achieve use software to control the switch of PWM,and make up the shortcomings of single-chip controller that frequency is not high,greatly improving the switching frequency and accuracy.The design of FlexCAN module communication program.the application of CAN makes switching power have the features of remote monitoring and remote control.Finally,debugging the switching power supply by sub module,and analyzed the experimental results.Presented the palace that can be improved on the end of the paper,and prospected the future of intelligent switching power supply.
