Research And Implementation Of OPC UA-DA Server-based Middleware

Along with the rapid development of industrial automation technology and network information technology, the degree of automation in industrial field is becoming more and more high, so that the deployment of distributed system is more and more in industrial field. At the same time, in order to satisfy the business enterprise the production information sharing requirements, make traditional OPC server based on COM/DCOM technology is difficult to accord with the requirement of present and future. For this purpose, the OPC foundation, proposed the OPC unified architecture (OPC UA) to solve these problems.Due to the success of traditional OPC standard, especially the OPC DA technology, has been used in about15000kinds of products, installed in a large number of field projects, this makes the OPC based on COM/DCOM interface to the connection between the OPC UA become an important task, make its can play to the advantages of OPC UA on site engineering, and can make the OPC suppliers provide an easy migration strategy.Based on this analysis, this paper puts forward that OPC UA-DA in the middle of the components, the traditional concept of important goal is to keep successful concepts of OPC, and allow for OPC UA and the mapping between existing standards. The traditional OPC can be mapped to OPC UA, and no loss of information.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter the OPC technology’s development, the research status at home and abroad and the paper’s main work content. Second chapter traditional OPC technology and specification, and detailed introduced the technology of OPC DA specification. The third chapter OPC UA specification and key technology. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, the realization of OPC DA and OPC UA server and the client data access, and conducted related tests. The fifth chapter the thesis made a summary, and has made the analysis to the shortage of the paper.
