Farmers’ loan difficult problem has always been very concern of the society, is a less developed and developed provinces and cities in guizhou, there are farmers’ difficulty in getting loans, in the guizhou province rural economic development has played a very limited role. To honest farmers loans difficult problems, construction of credit evaluation system and the loan quality, the microfinance management system, perfect the credit incentive mechanism effectively set up, the integrity of farmers to establish effective financial support, in order to better meet the farmers’ demand for credit and bank credit business, credit management system is designed.In this paper, in order to credit the credit business for effective processing, accurate management customer information, customer credit business, provides a comprehensive search, approval, distribution, to ensure a safe and effective credit, loan management system is developed, mainly solve the following three aspects:1.Overview on database, development tool, this paper embarks from the actual needs of credit management system research, summarizes the characteristics of credit management at present stage, the system is studied by graphical means the management process, the loan transaction process.2.according the requirements analysis and system design, gives the system function structure diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram and IPO figure expresses the customer management module, business management module, post-loan management module, query analysis module, system management module function design, and the main data table and part of the interface to display.3.for the paper work is summarized and the shortfalls.
