Design And Research The Monitoring And Control Platform Of IPTV And Mobile TV

In pilot areas(cites) of triple play, the construction and research of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television),mobile TV regulation platform become significance, the first batch of pilot areas (cities) have build preliminary after nearly three years, But the current plan is initial stage, especially for mobile TV regulation is still at groping stage. So to the second batch and other city who will carry out IPTV, mobile TV business in the future, analysis the technology, improving the existing regulation solution and building simulation platform to realize IPTV especially mobile TV regulation has an important reference and guidance significance.First, the paper analysis the regulation method of pilot areas (cities) from three aspects:the content regulation, quality supervision, safety supervision. Streaming media transmission mode can be divided into Real-time protocol (RTP) flow and sequence flow (HTTP) transmission. Then the key of safety regulation is the content tag embedding and testing. The current domestic IPTV, mobile TV regulation platform are mainly real-time streaming, HTTP flows is less used due to the transmission capacity is smaller and low security. We integrated the advantages and design a security regulatory scheme based on HTTP streaming.The idea is:In order to monitor the mobile TV content real-time and regulate the clients, we established a back line from user to platform first, then analysis the quality regulation and realizing secure transport based on HTTP streaming by using the Hash function mainly at last, it computes the Hash value respectively to the program in the database and mobile terminal. It indicates program is legitimate if the results are consistent, otherwise users can not watch this program and filter it. So as to monitor the legitimacy of the mobile TV program, and prevent the illegal and tampering with the program. Ensuring the mobile TV user receives legal content at last. Finally we design an IPTV and mobile TV regulation platform based on SSH architecture through the software programming. The platform has the function of cross-platform, high safely and reliability, security in video files store, multiple languages, three screen fusion technology, integration the management and user interface and safe third party players open interface. We use the Yahoo and Load Runner test performance comparison with other similar systems at last. And obtained some results by using the polling system of priority to analyze and discuses in the second and three-level supervision platform.
