A Securities Company Business Department Management System Analysis And Design

This dissertation focuses on the design of a centralized management system for the management of the securities departments’ routine. The staff can handle business through a client instead of paper work or manual tasks.I described the research background and significance, summarized the present situation and development trend of the securities industry. In this paper I focus on the design of a system for the management of the securities’ routine. Thus, I start from their daily business to explore which business will be available for an informatization transformation. A modeling method called UML has been used to the integration of those available parts.In conclusion, some complex businesses will be easy and simple, lots of paper documents can be saved as digital files which are lightweight, and the time a task required is shortened. All these nice effect not only improving the business efficiency, but also laying the foundation for their future light business department.
