Planning And Implementation Of Open Education Learning Website

With the rapid developments of education reform and modern education technology, the open education with the distance education technology as the main means has integrated the advanced information technology into all aspects of teaching and Learning. The use of information technology to promote education changes in technology and innovation in personnel training has become an important issue in the Open Education Research. Against this background, the thematic-based learning website has a positive effect in improvement of open education teaching quality and integration of educational resources.The Inquiry-based learning which guided with thematic has taken full use of the advantages of information technology to improve the efficiency of learning and ability to innovate of learners.This paper summarized the relevant theories and teaching functions of theme-based learning website. To point out the current status quo of the learning website and weaknesses of actual teaching needs, to design the functional structure of the learning website and design the model of the website with the theory and method of software engineering.
