| The negative influences on the development of new media are revealing during it brings the convenience to daily life. In order to solve this problem, a powerful supervision of new media is considered by different governments. The main issue of the Chinese new media is how to balance the supervision which can proceed an effective supervision as well as keep its optimized development.In the western countries, because the new media have been developed for a long term, and have occupied a high popularity rate. Furthermore, such countries dominated the key technologies of new media, the western nations have already possessed a mature supervising system. Recently, the Chinese government has begun to explore a new way to organize media; however, due to the special national condition of China and the short developmental history of new media, the Chinese supervising system is on the primary stage, and needs to draw foreign exploration system and experiences. The Chinese government expects to combine the foreign positive experiences and to develop a special supervising system which fits the Chinese national condition.This report is based on massive relevant research and papers, and analyses of this topic from five aspects:firstly, clarify and summary the basic concepts and current situation of new media; secondly, analysis and discuss the supervising approaches of foreign new media with the expectation of finding the inspiration which might lead to establish the Chinese supervising system; thirdly, analysis the current situation and problems of the Chinese new media; fourthly, analysis and discuss the problems of this theme from three main categories, including content, technology, and the industrial self-discipline, and provide the measures to address such problems; finally, give recommendations of the Chinese new media supervision according to the current situation and problems of the Chinese new media. |
